We only ship to the US. We can’t ship outside the US.
If you came from Europe or another country, you can buy directly from our main nursery in Indonesia.
Our plant nursery in Indonesia can ship plants worldwide. Please check at https://labijo.id.
We only accept PayPal goods and services. You can pay with a PayPal account or your credit or debit card.
You can contact us as soon as possible, because the US Warehouse has its own system.
We process orders quickly, and we will send the plants as soon as possible after receiving your order.
If your order is available in the US stock, usually need about 1 – 2 working days. But if your order not available yet can be longer. We only ship twice a month to all US customers via broker.
We want you to have the best possible experience while working with us. In the rare case that a plant arrives dead on arrival, we will try to send a replacement.
