Where do you ship?

We only ship to the US. We can’t ship outside the US. If you came from Europe or other country. You can buy directly from our main nursery in Indonesia. Our plant nursery in Indonesia can ship plants worldwide. Please check at https://labijo.id

Payment Method

We only accept paypal Good and Services. You can pay with Paypal Account or your credit or debit card

How can I change my order?

You can contact us at hello@labijo.id asap, because US Warehouse have their own system.

When is my order shipped?

We processing order quickly, we will send the plants asap (about 1 – 2 days) after getting your order.

What your replacement policy?

We want you to have the best possible experience while working with us. In the rare case that a plant arrives dead on arrival, We will try to send a replacement. We do not offer refunds. To claim this guarantee, please send us your unboxing video as proof to hello@labijo.id.
