Where do you ship from?
From our warehouse in California. Every plant marked in stock is already there, so your order ships inside the US. The plants were grown in our nursery in Blitar, Indonesia. We ship to US addresses only.
How much is shipping?
USPS shipping is $12 for the first plant and $4 for each additional plant, anywhere in the US except Hawaii. Hawaii is a flat $30. There is no free shipping. Fresh herbs, when they are back, ship for $8 plus $3 per extra item.
How long does delivery take?
We pack your order within 1–3 business days, then USPS takes 2–5 days, so most orders arrive in about a week. If a plant at the warehouse is not good enough to ship, we replace it with fresh stock from Indonesia and email you a new estimate.
What if my plant arrives dead?
Film a video while you unbox it and email it to hello@labijo.id within 3 days of delivery. If the plant arrived dead or badly damaged, we send a replacement. We replace rather than refund, except in the cases in our Refund and Replacement Policy.
