How We Processing Your Order
As soon as we receive your order, our team goes into action. We typically need two to three days to carefully prepare your selection.
This process ensures that each plant is healthy and prepared for its journey.
Stock availability and communication.
In the unlikely event that a plant is not immediately available due to stock fluctuations or other unforeseen circumstances, we will keep you informed.
You will receive an email with an updated estimated shipping schedule, keeping you informed at every stage.
Shipping: Bringing Greenery to You.
We arrange for two to four shipments to the United States each month. We will notify you of the specific shipping date for your plants as soon as we have scheduled it.
Once in the US, our trusted partner takes over. They are in charge of plant inspections and overseeing all import-related procedures.
Shipping from Indonesia to the US usually take about 6 days, ensuring that everything is in perfect order.
Shipping to Your Doorstep:
Once the plants arrive at our partner’s facility, our team performs a final health check before carefully repackaging them.
This process takes 1 to 2 days and ensures that your plants are in top condition.
Finally, UPS delivers the plants to your address. This leg of the journey takes approximately 2 to 3 days.
Delivery Estimation:
The entire process, from our nursery in Indonesia to your doorstep, usually takes about 10 days. There is no need to be concerned about your plants’ well-being while in transit; they can thrive in their packaging for up to 20 days.
